By booking with us or using this website you agree to these terms.

Bookings — you are responsible for providing accurate guest details. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued.

Check-in / check-out — check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon unless stated otherwise. Please carry a valid photo ID at check-in.

Payments — room bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway.

Cancellation & refund — cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the stay you cancel; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few working days.

Guest conduct — guests are expected to respect the property, other guests and staff. We may refuse or end a stay for unlawful or unsafe behaviour.

Liability — our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law — these terms are governed by the laws of India.
